MR. NICOLAS LAURIN
Mr. Laurin is a Member of the Quebec Bar. He specialized early in his career in corporate law. Before leaving his firm Dauphin Laurin, LLP in March of 2000, in which he had practice for more than fifteen years, Mr. Laurin held the position of Managing Partner. From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Laurin practiced law as a sole practitioner. Mr. Laurin has been a member of various boards of directors of public companies such as, Ressources Prospector Inc. and Ressources Cristobal Inc., and various non-profit organizations. Mr. Laurin has is President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Corporation since 2003.

MR JACQUES LECLERC
Mr. Leclerc was professor of finance at the Université du Québec from1988 to 2007. He holds an M.Sc. in finance and he has also completed his Ph.D. schooling in that field. Before becoming a university professor, Mr. Leclerc worked for several financial institutions which were specialized in corporate finance. His main research interests are focused on corporate finance and the development of the new economy. Mr. Leclerc is the president of Team Capital Inc., a company specialized in financial engineering for small and medium size businesses. Team Capital is also a holding company. Mr. Leclerc has been Vice-president and Chief Financial Officer (CFO of the Corporation since 2003. |

DR. THOMAS J. KEYES
Dr. Keyes is a practicing anesthesiologist at the Saint Anthony Central Hospital (Denver, Colorado) since 1996. He received his diploma from the American Board of Anesthesiology (USA). M. Keyes also holds a Bachelor in Psycology and a Certificate in Biology. M. Keyes is a fishing enthusiast and has participated in numerous hunting expeditions worldwide.

MR. DENIS BERTRAND
Mr. Bertrand is President and Chief Executive Officer of Sigma Ventures Inc. and its subsidiaries since October 2005. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of P.N.S. Cast Iron Ltd. until August 2004. He was the General Manager of Société d’ingénierie de véhicules specialisés (a division of Decoma International Inc.) from July 1995 to December 1999 and from January 2000 to July 2004, Mr. Bertrand was the Vice-President, Operations, of Groupe Bocenor Inc., a company whose shares are traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange. From 1998 to 2002, Mr. Bertrand was a Director of Altitude Ventures Capital Corporation (today known as D-Box Technologies Inc.), a company whose shares are traded on the TSX-V.

MR. ROGER SAMSON
Mr. Samson has participated in the establishment of “Le Castor Bricoleur”, a hardware chain store in the Province of Quebec. He worked for over 25 years for Molson Breweries of Canada Limited in various capacities, including Vice-president, marketing. In 1990, Mr. Samson became First Vice-President Marketing, Sales and Business Development of Sico Inc. At the end of his career at Sico Inc., he was President of Sico Coatings, a Sico subsidiary in Toronto. Since 1999, Mr. Samson became director of various corporations, a member of various committees and is Chair of some of the boards. Presently, he is a member of the board of directors of Premier Tech Ltd and of Isacsoft inc., two publicly-traded companies. Since 2003. |

MR. JEAN DIONNE
Mr. Dionne holds a law degree from Laval University and is a member of the Quebec Bar. He Dionne practices commercial and corporate law at Langlois Kronström Desjardins, l.l.p. since 1988 and has been a partner of the firm since 1994. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Dionne was President and Director of AVI Software Inc., a company whose shares were publicly traded on the TSX-V. Since 2000, Mr. Dionne is a Director of QCIB Teraxion. |
